Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manages Equipment Performance KPIs i.e. OEE, UDT, MTBA, MTBF, PM plan fulfillment, PM effectiveness, and etc.
- Sets preventive maintenance schedules based on equipment and performs preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical).
- Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.
- Performs equipment analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance).
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.
- Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor industry on final tester equipment memory device, high power module.
- Maintenance systematic tool i.e. DMAIC, 8D, Problem solving, EQ PMdata analysis, OEE, SAP PM.
- Computer software i.e. MS office, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Marco in Excel and python (advantage).
- Equipment integration i.e. SECS-GEM, PLC, EQ State, Recipe Management(advantage).
- Bachelor in Mechatronic/ Electronic/ Electrical Engineering
- Good command of English.
