Role Description The Senior ERP and Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and core IT infrastructure across all restaurant operations. This role leads cross-functional initiatives to ensure systems support finance, supply chain, operations, and HR processes, and coordinates with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage configurations, and drive continuous improvements. The manager supervises infrastructure architecture, including servers, networks, security, and cloud services, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with company policies and industry standards. Daily responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, monitoring system performance, directing incident resolution, and guiding upgrades and integrations with other business systems. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thailand.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., implementation, configuration, integration, and support) and familiarity with restaurant or retail operations.
  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networking, databases, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage stakeholders, and coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including team management, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Thai language skills are an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ERP platforms, ITIL, networking, cloud) are beneficial.
  • Experience working in Thailand or in a multicultural environment within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
