We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive, Account Management to serve as the strategic backbone for key brand partners across FMCG, E-commerce, and Social Commerce industries. In this high-impact role, you will take end-to-end ownership of client relationships, leverage data-driven insights to uncover growth opportunities, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and lead high-performing creator and affiliate initiatives. What You Will Do
Client Growth & Account Leadership:
- Serve as the primary trusted partner for assigned key clients (FMCG, EC, Social Commerce), taking end-to-end ownership of client relationships and daily operations.
- Lead full-lifecycle project execution from strategy development, proposal creation, and execution to performance review and PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) continuous improvement.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities by analyzing account data (sales, conversion, product mix, margin) and translating findings into winning business expansion proposals.
Affiliate & Creator Ecosystem Management:
- Source, onboard, and manage relationships with high-value creators and affiliate partners to build a sustainable, long-term talent pipeline.
- Negotiate and align on commercial conditions (fees, commissions, content deliverables) with a strong focus on ROI and value creation.
- Analyze creator campaign performance data to generate actionable reports and strategic recommendations for stakeholders and clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Operations:
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, Data Analytics, and KOL teams) to deliver integrated, best-in-class solutions.
- Manage campaign budgets, schedules, and KPI achievements with speed and precision, providing clear visual reporting to clients.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of proven account management experience in a digital agency, marketing, or digital media environment.
- Hands-on experience in affiliate/creator management, influencer marketing, and handling compensation negotiations and payment processes.
- Strong analytical capability with a track record of analyzing sales, conversion, product mix, and margin data to quantify growth opportunities (cross-sell/upsell).
- Excellent project management skills; ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive under pressure in a fast-changing environment with grit and resilience.
- Proven track record in client communication, stakeholder management, and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Business-level fluency in English and native/fluent Thai for cross-border and local collaboration.
- Solid understanding of E-commerce platforms, Social Media landscapes, and Digital Marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, LINE, Shopee Affiliate, Lazada, etc.).
