Senior Executive, Agency Accounting - 2 years contract
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in system testing, data validation, and issue tracking for BRIM project implementation.
- Maintain and update documentation, including training guides and reference materials.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders on assigned tasks and track progress to ensure timely completion.
- Perform reconciliations and prepare reports related to BRIM transactions.
- Support month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor outstanding items and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
- Review data and reports prior to submission, highlighting observations and recommending improvements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders within GHQ, RHQ & Countries on operational and project matters.
- Support training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or any relevant field
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting operations, preferably within agency accounting.
- Strong understanding of reconciliation, financial reporting and month-end closing processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems implementation (SAP BRIM is an advantage), including support for project rollout, user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation and issue tracking.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in advanced Excel/Google Sheets analysis (eg. Looker, Power BI, pivot)
- Proactive, independent worker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across diverse stakeholder teams.
- Prior experience in BRIM project or similar system implementation.
- Experience working in a global or regional office within a multicultural organisation
- Knowledge of process improvement, workflow automation or building and delivering internal training materials.
