Senior Executive, Area Sales (Bangkok)

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading field sales operations within an assigned territory (Bangkok) to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth for the SME business. You will manage and support a team of field sales representatives, ensuring they consistently achieve sales targets while delivering an excellent merchant experience.

You will oversee day-to-day field operations, monitor team performance, provide proactive support for sales execution, and serve as the first point of escalation for operational and merchant-related issues. You will also ensure your team has a strong understanding of the company's products, processes, and sales tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives within the assigned territory
• Drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth by ensuring the team achieves monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, productivity, and performance
• Set team objectives, track performance, and implement action plans to improve results
• Support field sales representatives in resolving merchant inquiries and operational issues
• Conduct regular field visits to observe sales execution and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain high standards of sales execution and operational excellence
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in any field

• 2-5 years of experience in field sales, with experience managing an on-ground sales team or a proven track record as a top-performing sales representative
• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, payments, banking, FMCG, or other relevant industries is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Proficiency in Thai (written and verbal); English proficiency is an advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel frequently and conduct on-site merchant visits
