Roles & Responsibilities
As a core partner to the business, you will provide end-to-end business finance and FP&A support to key stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and financial performance
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly rolling forecast processes for assigned business units.
- Business Partnership: Act as a trusted finance advisor to Business Operations Department Heads, translating financial data into actionable business insights for Advertising, Newspaper Circulation, Delivery, Factory Production Division.
- Performance Management: Prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting and deep-dive variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast vs Last Financial Year) to identify risks and opportunities
- Process Improvement: Partner with Finance Operations to ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls, while proactively identifying opportunities to streamline financial workflows.
- Strategic Projects: Provide ad-hoc evaluation for new business initiatives, commercial deals, or cost-optimization projects.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience: Min 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Management Reporting or Audit. (Prior experience in the Media/Digital industry is a strong advantage, though not mandatory).
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (presenting data cleanly to management).
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is highly preferred).

- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, yet able to see the big picture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders confidently.
- A self-motivated, resourceful, and fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team; candidates with higher experience should demonstrate leadership or mentorship qualities.
