Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Growth (Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales strategy and demonstrate a proven track record in revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and support business development efforts. The successful candidate will also engage directly with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Be responsible for the Sales of AI Product Engineering, AI Native Engineering teams, AI SaaS Products in India, USA, Europe & Middle East
  • Oversee pre-sales support and manage proposal ownership, ensuring timely and accurate RFP/RFI and RFQ responses.
  • Engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective customer relationship management and account management practices.
  • Conduct demos and presentations to showcase our offerings to potential clients.
  • Execute cold calling and cold emailing campaigns to generate leads and drive interest in our solutions.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other digital outreach methods to connect with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Experience in Selling Digital Product Engineering, IT Services, Staff Augmentation Services, SaaS Products, AI Product Engineering Services
  • Strong understanding of revenue growth strategies and market dynamics.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in Sales activities and managing RFP/RFI processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think strategically.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
