Job Purpose:
The Automation Executive is responsible for developing, maintaining, testing, and supporting automation solutions across the Bank. The role will primarily focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation, AI-enabled automation, and low-code/no-code platforms to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance employee productivity.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Automation Engineer, business stakeholders, and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, build automation solutions, support AI initiatives, and ensure reliable operation of deployed automations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Automation Development
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath.
- Develop attended and unattended RPA bots.
- Create reusable automation components and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues.
- Support bot scheduling, monitoring, and exception management.
2. Low-Code & Workflow Automation
- Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform i.e. Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio & Power BI (basic knowledge)
- Design workflow automation solutions integrating Microsoft 365 applications.
- Build automation using (any)platforms such as n8n, Dify, Zapier, Make (Integromat), Automation Anywhere (advantage) & Blue Prism (advantage)
3. AI & Intelligent Automation
- Assist in implementing AI-enabled business solutions.
- Support development of AI agents and copilots.
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities into business workflows.
- Participate in AI proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot projects.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and automation platforms.
4. Business Engagement
- Engage business users to understand automation requirements.
- Participate in process mapping and automation discovery workshops.
- Document business requirements and solution designs.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
5. Governance & Support
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Ensure automation solutions comply with security, technology, and governance requirements.
- Monitor automation performance and recommend improvements.
- Provide production support and incident resolution.
Requirements:
1. Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
2. Experience
Mandatory
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development.
- Experience developing and deploying enterprise-scale automation solutions.
- Experience working with workflow automation platforms.
- Experience integrating multiple business applications through APIs and connectors.
Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with AI-powered automation projects.
- Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or regulated industries.
- Experience participating in digital transformation initiatives.
