Key Responsibilities - Select and source products in alignment with the brand direction and market demand - Analyze product trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to support purchasing decisions - Plan product assortment (categories, product mix, and price range) for each sales channel - Negotiate with both local and international suppliers regarding pricing, terms, and delivery schedules - Manage inventory effectively (stock planning & inventory management) - Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams to align product plans with campaigns and sales strategies - Monitor sales performance of individual products and continuously adjust purchasing plans - Control purchasing budgets in accordance with the approved plan - Ensure product quality and coordinate pre-launch approvals before products are sold - Prepare reports and analysis on product performance, sales, and category performance - Support new product development in collaboration with relevant teams (if applicable for private label / in-house brand) Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field - 2–5 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, or Procurement (retail experience is preferred) - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market trend data - Good negotiation and communication skills - Understanding of fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or retail products - Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple product categories simultaneously - Proficient in Excel or basic data analysis tools - Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, Finance, and Logistics teams - Proficiency in English is an advantage
