About the Role

We are seeking a Finance professional to support our Finance team. This role is responsible for maintaining a full set of accounts, preparing GST returns and income tax computations, as well as assisting in the annual forecasting and budgeting exercises

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain a full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
  • Prepare journal entries, financial statements, bank reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and supporting schedules.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, including budget variance analysis.
  • Oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely invoice processing, billings, collections, and payments.
  • Monitor cash flow, loan compliance, fixed deposits, and treasury-related activities.
  • Prepare and submit GST returns, tax computations, and support tax-related queries.
  • Administer property tax recoveries and ensure timely billing to tenants.
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including budget uploads and expenditure monitoring.
  • Prepare documentation and schedules to support internal and external audits and other compliance exercises.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support finance operations, process improvements, and other finance-related initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma in Accounting / ACCA Level 2
  • Minimum 2 years of continuous GL experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in managing a small team
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage.
