Operationalise and analyse all organizational learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, support career growth, and improve overall performance.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Execute and analyse training and development needs and analyse the budget to ensure staff receive adequate training for their roles.
2. Analyse, monitor and execute effective learning strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning.
3. Design and execute competency development programs to build key skills and competencies across the organization, supporting career progression and organizational goals.
4. Liaise, schedule, and coordinate the delivery of training and development programs and workshops to ensure timely and effective employee skill enhancement.
5. Liaise and maintain good relationships with training providers and vendors to deliver effective learning solutions, ensuring high-quality training resources and services.
6. Analyse, research, and update training and development tools and programs to ensure they meet organizational needs and enhance employee performance.
7. Collate, check and analyse training requests to ensure alignment with organizational goals and employee development needs.
8. Measure, analyse, and administer the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, recommending improvements to enhance program effectiveness.
9. Analyse and execute all mandatory compliance training to ensure it is up-to-date and completed by all relevant employees, meeting regulatory and company standards.
10. Connect with Department of Skill Development and handle all administration tasks related to training & development
