Senior HR Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team and support a broad range of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.

This role will work closely with both local and regional stakeholders, therefore proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, offer management, and hiring coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
  • Partner with managers on employee performance, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees on HR policies, workplace concerns, and employee-related matters.
  • Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR system data.
  • Ensure HR practices and processes comply with relevant labour laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, training, and other HR initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, strategies, and projects aligned with business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, with broad exposure across multiple HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin Chinese – speaking, reading, and writing – is required.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle employee-related matters professionally.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, or other HR systems is an advantage.
