Job Summary
Looking to build regional rewards experience within a Global COE
This role focuses on
multi-country benefits operations and wellness programs, with
exposure to compensation cycles and projects.
Key Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Manage employee benefits across multiple countries (incl. insurance renewals, vendor coordination, invoicing)
- Act as the key contact for benefits operations and queries across regions
- Drive Singapore wellness initiatives (e.g., health, wellbeing, engagement programs)
- Support global compensation cycles (salary reviews, incentives, reporting) when in season
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and brokers to ensure smooth delivery
- Contribute to process improvements, standardization and automation
Key Requirements
What You Bring
- Experience in HR, rewards, or benefits administration
- Strong coordination skills across stakeholders and geographies
- High attention to detail and comfort working with data
- Ability to manage operations in a structured, fast-paced environment
