Support the planning, coordination, and execution of institutional projects, events, and programmes.
Coordinate meetings, track project milestones, prepare reports and documentation, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage admissions-related activities, including interview scheduling, database maintenance, and event support.
Assist in the organisation of outreach initiatives, including logistics coordination, venue arrangements, presentation preparation, survey administration, and reporting.
Support procurement and financial administration processes, including vendor coordination, sourcing quotations, and report reconciliation.
Maintain databases and records accurately and ensure timely updates.
Assist in organising alumni engagement activities, communications, and events.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth programme delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
Diploma with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant administrative, operations, or project coordination experience fresh graduates with strong organisational and communication skills are welcome to apply.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfortable working with digital platforms and administrative systems.
Proactive team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in event management, project coordination, education administration, or stakeholder engagement is an advantage.
Willing to support occasional evening or weekend events when required.
