Senior Executive, Quality Assurance Auditor

OVERVIEW:

• Location: Don Mueang, Bangkok

• Department: Ops QA

• Entity: Thai AirAsia

• Status: Full-time

YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR EXECUTIVE, QUALITY ASSURANCE AUDITOR

You will be responsible for auditing and overseeing Flight Operations, Ground Operations, and Engineering interfaces to ensure seamless compliance with Thai AirAsia (TAA) standards, AOC requirements, and CAAT/EASA regulations.

WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:

• Execute the Engineering audit program, which includes the contracted aircraft maintenance organization audit.

• Ensure that all Engineering Non-Conformances are followed up on and completed within the stipulated timeline.

• Track and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive actions raised following the internal audit and third-party audit.

• Ensure all requisite documentation is organized, maintain accurate records of non-compliance, and prepare and summarize data for quality meetings.

• Coordinate with CAAT, the Engineering department, and other relevant departments to ensure the smooth maintenance of all quality and standards.

• Monitor the performance of all auditors and maintain records of all auditors qualifications.

• Provide escort services for all auditors, both regulatory and external, for scheduled and unscheduled audits.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace/Aircraft Engineering or related field.

• 2 years of professional experience across Aircraft Maintenance and Airworthiness Quality Assurance, with a proven track record of maintaining high safety standards.s.

• Familiar with TCAR's regulations. EASA regulations knowledge is preferred.

• Excellent English skills are required.

• Proficient in Google products for work

• Possesses strong analytical capabilities.

• An analytical mindset with the ability to work independently or as a collaborative teammate.
