Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Phuket for a Senior Executive, Residential Sales. The Senior Executive, Residential Sales will be responsible for proactively generating leads, conducting property viewings, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales transactions. The role involves preparing and presenting property resales/ rentals and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Senior Executive, Residential Sales will also provide market feedback and collaborate closely with the sales & leasing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, real estate, or property management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
