Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets and strengthen brand awareness.
- Lead, coach and manage the Student Recruitment & Partnerships team to ensure operational excellence and high service standards.
- Build and maintain partnerships with secondary schools, tertiary institutions, education partners and community organisations to generate recruitment opportunities.
- Monitor lead generation and conversion performance, analyse follow-up reports and recommend improvements to optimise recruitment outcomes.
- Attend to customer enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email and live chat during peak periods.
- Plan and execute Open Houses, education fairs, roadshows, school outreach programmes and other recruitment events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales or marketing, with prior team leadership experience.
- Proven experience in recruitment events, school outreach and Market Engagement.
- Sound understanding of lead management, customer engagement and sales conversion.
- Good knowledge of Singapore's higher education landscape, with an established network in the education sector being an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, customer-focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
