We are seeking a proactive and passionate Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, partnering with regional hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is result-driven, adaptable, and open-minded, with strong communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, pre-onboarding)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking)
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on role requirements and company culture
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, career talks, job fairs, etc
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset
- Open-minded and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Passion for recruitment and talent engagement
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
