Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Screen and shortlist applicants; conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Manager to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates, including new development channels.

Onboarding & Orientation

  • Conduct employee orientation sessions covering company policies, values, and expectations.
  • Ensure new hires integrate successfully into the team and company culture.
  • Gather feedback to improve onboarding effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Monitor and track all probationary employees and key dates.
  • Coordinate probation evaluations with line managers to assess performance and cultural fit.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all probation assessments.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs by analyzing performance appraisals, feedback, and organizational goals.
  • Support succession planning and career development initiatives across departments.
  • Analyze HR data to recommend improvements in recruitment, onboarding, and development processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, training, or HR development.
  • Good command of English (being able to express complex ideas clearly in both written and spoken forms)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for people development and fostering a positive work environment.
