We are seeking a Senior Export & Logistics Specialist to oversee and execute our international operations. This role is focused on export sales coordination, procurement, documentation, and logistics execution. You will serve as the key contact for overseas customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with international trade regulations.
In This Role, Youll Get To
Export Sales Coordination
- Serve as the primary contact point for international customers regarding orders, quotations, and payments.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate order confirmations.
- Track order status and ensure timely communication with customers.
Procurement & Sourcing
- Coordinate with local suppliers/manufacturers in Thailand to secure products for export.
- Negotiate terms and ensure on-time procurement to meet export schedules.
Import-Export Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and review export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, FTA certificates, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, etc.
- Ensure customs clearance requirements are met for each destination country.
- Maintain systematic records of shipping and compliance documents.
Logistics & Order Fulfillment
- Arrange shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve issues proactively.
- Track and report on shipping progress to both internal teams and customers.
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Bachelors degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in export, logistics, or international trade operations.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation, customs clearance, and FTA processes.
- Experience in coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and international customers.
- Excellent communication in English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
