Job Description

Driver Service & Fleet Management Responsibilities

Provide vehicle booking services.
Provide vehicles with drivers and plan travel routes for Shell staff.
Control and monitor driver fatigue, including calculating working hours and driving hours for each driver.
Review and verify driver overtime (OT) and send the information to the driver's employer company at the end of each month.
Prepare the monthly Carpool Report.
Record vehicle mileage and monthly vehicle usage data.
Monitor and control driving behavior through IVMS, focusing on 3 key areas: 7.1 Speed limit compliance 7.2 Harsh braking 7.3 Harsh acceleration
Conduct weekly Toolbox Talks using the 7 Steps Conversation with all drivers to reinforce safe driving practices in line with Shell requirements.
Prepare the annual emergency response plan according to assigned scenarios.
Coordinate and schedule periodic vehicle maintenance appointments.
Act as the liaison between drivers and service recipients.
Coordinate limousine service booking for Shell staff when company vehicles are fully occupied.
Arrange annual defensive driving refresher training for all drivers, as required by Shell.
Arrange annual health check appointments for all drivers, as required by Shell.
Conduct driver performance evaluations and submit the results to the relevant manager.
