Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to develop commercially successful collections across Jaspal Group brands. The role requires strong design expertise, trend awareness, and the ability to translate concepts into market-relevant products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop seasonal collections aligned with assigned brand identities
- Conduct trend research and create concepts, mood boards, and color stories
- Produce sketches, technical drawings, and design specifications
- Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams
- Oversee fittings and ensure product quality and execution
- Monitor product performance and refine future designs
- Mentor junior designers and manage multiple projects within deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years of fashion design experience
- Strong portfolio and trend-driven creativity
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Solid knowledge of fabrics, construction, and production
