Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Field Project Engineer to join our team for a large-scale challenging construction project. Responsibilities

- Function as Field Project Engineer on assigned projects and coordinate / facilitate with other discipline engineers and constructions
- Execute assigned work in accordance with the Project Execution Plan, applicable Project Procedures and Standards, including Wood and / or Project Procedures on Safety and Quality Control with cost budgets and in accordance with project schedule targets
- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design and safety standards
- Carry out coordination of Field Project Engineering issued with engineering team contractors, suppliers, and related project personnel
- Prepare scope of work / technical contract writing to service project needs
- Track construction progress against the project schedule and report deviations. Carry out necessary actions for Field Project engineering progress problem to ensure that progress is back on track
- Manage and implement quality control to ensure complain with project requirement
- Participate in site safety rules and ensure compliance with local, national, and industry-specific safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or related field
- Min 10+ years of experience in Engineering and Construction in petrochemical & refineries projects
- Must have strong multi - discipline coordination skills and be able to plan work logically
- Hardworking, proactive and possesses teamwork attitude with leadership and problem - solving skills
- Good English communication skills
- Proactive and strong leadership skills
