Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Field Project Engineer to join our team for a large-scale challenging construction project. We are looking for individuals with expertise and experience who are ready to take on new challenges and assist us achieve excellence in schedule, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Function as Field Project Engineer on assigned projects and coordinate / facilitate with other discipline engineers and constructions
  • Execute assigned work in accordance with the Project Execution Plan, applicable Project Procedures and Standards, including Wood and / or Project Procedures on Safety and Quality Control with cost budgets and in accordance with project schedule targets
  • Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design and safety standards
  • Carry out coordination of Field Project Engineering issued with engineering team contractors, suppliers, and related project personnel
  • Prepare scope of work / technical contract writing to service project needs
  • Track construction progress against the project schedule and report deviations. Carry out necessary actions for Field Project engineering progress problem to ensure that progress is back on track
  • Manage and implement quality control to ensure complain with project requirement
  • Participate in site safety rules and ensure compliance with local, national, and industry-specific safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or related field
  • Min 10+ years of experience in Engineering and Construction in petrochemical & refineries projects
  • Must have strong multi - discipline coordination skills and be able to plan work logically
  • Hardworking, proactive and possesses teamwork attitude with leadership and problem - solving skills
  • Good English communication skills
  • Proactive and strong leadership skills
