Reports to: Senior Manager, FP&A
Make a difference as Senior Financial Analyst and play a key role in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across ASEAN. In this role, you will act as a Finance Business Partner, delivering insights that improve performance, enhance efficiency, and support strategic growth-all while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
What You Will Do
- Review and analyse financial statements and KPI performance reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing activities
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and decision-making support
- Build financial models and projections to strengthen planning processes
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with financial reporting and insights
- Collaborate with sales and market teams on pricing decisions and financial evaluations
- Lead and support finance-led process improvement initiatives and special projects
What you will bring
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Min 3 years experience of FP&A in a manufacturing company
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from various countries
- Experience in SAP, BW, or BPC consolidation tools is an advantage
