Job Description
- Lead annual budgeting cycles, rolling forecasts, and longterm planning.
- Develop and enhance financial models to assess ROI, new projects, and investment scenarios.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and provide insights on variances and business trends.
- Partner closely with executives to support strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
- Analyze financial feasibility for new solutions and emerging business models.
- Collaborate with commercial and operations teams on pricing, cost structure, and profitability.
- Strengthen financial discipline by improving reporting tools, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Build and refine FP&A processes, templates, and frameworks to support scaling.
- Serve as a financial advisor on new opportunities, expansion plans, and strategic partnerships.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:
- 7-12 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or corporate finance.
- Strong capability in financial modeling, planning, and investment analysis.
- Experience in fast-growing, SME, startup, or projectdriven environments is advantageous.
- Comfortable working independently and creating structure in a dynamic setting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to initiate improvements without full systems in place.
- Skilled in presenting financial insights to non-financial stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Ability to navigate changing business priorities and adapt quickly.
