Senior Finance Manager

We are excited to be working with one of our top clients who are looking for their next Senior Finance Manager in Singapore. This is a regional media company headquartered in Singapore with operations in other SEA countries too.

They are strengthening their finance function and seeking a hands on Finance Controller to lead the group's financial operations, where you will be responsible for managing up to 1 person.

The Role

In this role you will have full ownership of finance across SEA and we are looking for someone who is adaptable, happy to wear multiple hats and lead the finance operation with confidence. You will oversee accounting, cash flow, and banking, while partnering closely with senior leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and financing needs
• Oversee full set of accounts and monthly group consolidation
• Manage AP/AR, including vendor payments and collections discipline
• Ensure tax compliance (GST, SST) and manage audit and corporate tax processes
• Oversee payroll, CPF, commissions, and expense management
• Manage banking relationships and payment platforms
• Supervise junior support and coordinate offshore resources
• Drive process improvements and finance automation initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including 2+ years owning a finance function end-to-end
• Proven hands-on experience managing cash flow, credit, and collections
• High level of discretion and professional maturity
• Based in Singapore currently
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and cloud accounting experience

Preferred

• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations
• Singapore payroll and CPF knowledge
• Audit background (Big 4 or mid-tier)
• Experience in media agency or similar environments
• Available to start by September 2026 or earlier
