Job Title: Regional Financial Analyst

Your New Role
- Support budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and strategic finance activities.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights on key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results.
- Prepare regular management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities in partnership with the accounting team.
- Monitor operating expenses (OPEX) and support budget owners in cost management.
- Prepare and maintain sales and COGS reporting across business units and product lines.
- Assist with intercompany reporting and regional financial reporting requirements.
- Review and validate sales incentive calculations.
- Drive process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.
- Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Key Qualifications For Success
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, or CIMA) is preferred.
- At least 5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance experience within a multinational environment.
- Experience supporting multiple countries, regions, or business units will be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, or other reporting and business intelligence tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial planning systems and reporting automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven team player with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
