Senior Financial Analyst - English Speaker

Working Location: Gaysorn Amarin Tower, BTS Chitlom

Working Hours: 5 days / week (Hybrid: 2 day from the office, 3 days from home)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SeniorFinancial Analyst to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand, with a hybrid working model. This role is responsible for managing accounts, analyzing them, supporting audits, and handling day to day issues successfully.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and own accurate and robust reporting processes to track performance perspective and being compliant with all the processes.
• Collaborate in the creation of compelling presentations to communicate progress, enhance discussions and facilitate decision-making process; make recommendations in the appropriate forums
• Work together with other teams and stakeholders to analyze and understand performance and compliance
• Conduct detailed analysis when needed, often involving large amounts of data and/or feedback and support all necessary audits.
• Establish trust and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders, develop a strong network of contacts throughout the business and gain the support of key players
• Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to drive automation and consistency when it comes to data related to specific initiatives he is managing

Required Skillset and Experience

• Excellent to Fluent in English.
• 4+ years Proven experience in financial analysis and audit support.
• Experience with ERP systems and data tools like SAP, Tableau, Salesforce and/or other similar financial reporting tools aligned with this role.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external advisors.
