Vendor Performance Management: Manage vendor performance to maintain high fulfillment rate on headcount requests.
Vendor Compliance & SLA Monitoring: Ensure vendors supply capacity as per agreed specifications. Monitor compliance, quality, and productivity issues; make adjustments where necessary.
Fulfillment Planning & Strategy: Design vendor model based on request from operations, balancing cost, flexibility, and workforce commitment. Continuously assess volume trends and adjust fulfillment strategy accordingly.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with the Operations team to manage headcount planning and allocation, identify potential capacity constraints.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance data. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve capacity planning and resource allocation.
Operations Efficiency: Continuously evaluate and optimize Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of vendor management portfolio to improve fulfillment performance, data accuracy and cost reducing.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or related fields
3-5 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain management or related fields
Strong problem-solving skills with good framework and practical, results-oriented approach.
Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides)
Can do attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
