Argyll Scott Thailand, a Hydrogen Groups recruitment consultancy firm, is working with a well-known global business based in central Bangkok, Thailand. Now, they are seeking a SeniorFull Stack Engineer to lead the developer team and support their digital platform implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive solution design, architecture, development, code review, and testing of core applications
- Lead and mentor junior team colleagues, ensuring quality code and best practices
- Encourage team adoption of AI-assisted coding tools and establish responsible usage guidelines
- Manage the full SDLC, including DevOps functions (CI/CD and automation testing)
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend long-term prevention
- Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders, conduct demos, and ensure on-time delivery
- Implement, maintain, and enhance core digital platforms
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer engineering, computer science, IT or a related discipline
- At least 6-7 years of proven experience in full-stack development
- Proven strong work experience in Spring Boot and React (mobile app)
- At least 1 year of experience in team leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
- Strong understanding of solution design, API development, and RESTful services.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., Tabnine, GitHub Copilot).
- Good command of English
