Senior Full Stack Engineer

Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python/Django) | On-site | Bengaluru

We're building the infrastructure layer connecting payments, offers, and data-driven marketing for the physical retail ecosystem.

We're a stealth-mode startup operating at the intersection of fintech and martech, backed by pre-seed funding and already working with leading retailers and brands in the Philippines.

We're looking for experienced Senior Full Stack Engineers who enjoy owning systems end-to-end from database design to user-facing interfaces.

• Own product areas end-to-end across backend systems and user interfaces
• Design schemas, plan migrations, and optimize PostgreSQL performance
• Build server-rendered applications using Django, HTMX, Alpine.js, and Tailwind CSS
• Make architectural decisions within a modular monolith architecture
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices

• 6+ years of experience building production-grade web applications
• Strong expertise in Python and backend frameworks (Django preferred)
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, schema design, and query optimization
• Experience owning product or platform areas independently
• Familiarity with Redis, Celery, Docker, and AWS
• Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with HTMX, Hotwire, or server-driven UI architectures
• Background in fintech, martech, SaaS, or payments systems
• Experience with modular monolith architectures
• Open-source contributions within the Python ecosystem
