Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Contract: Initial 3-month contract (renewable) | Long-term assignment (12+ months expected)
We're looking for an experienced Thai-speaking Senior Functional Consultant / Project Manager to lead the functional implementation of a Health & Care Insurance Platform for an international insurance technology project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business requirement workshops with stakeholders
- Gather, analyse and document BRD, FSD, process flows and business rules
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for configuration teams
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate Agile delivery, backlog management and Jira activities
- Lead UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare and user adoption
- Train Key Users and ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Implementation Consultant
- Experience implementing enterprise software solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and business analysis skills
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience coordinating implementation teams
Preferred
- Insurance industry experience (strongly preferred)
- Health Insurance, Employee Benefits or Medical Claims experience
- Experience with configurable software solutions
- Knowledge of REST APIs, NoSQL, Python or data migration is a plus
- PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, PMI-ACP or Scrum Master certifications are advantageous
