Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Fund Manager to join our investment team. The successful candidate will manage mutual and private funds, develop investment strategies, and deliver competitive returns while ensuring full regulatory compliance. This role requires strong expertise in Thai and US equity markets, proven analytical skills, and the ability to build trusted client relationships. A valid Fund Manager License is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Manage daily fund operations, selecting and monitoring securities across Thai and US equities to achieve investment objectives.
- Investment Strategy: Design and execute investment strategies based on rigorous market research, macroeconomic analysis, and client risk profiles.
- Market Analysis: Conduct financial, sectoral, and macroeconomic analysis to support investment decisions across local and global markets.
- Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and mitigate portfolio risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing performance updates, market insights, and timely responses to inquiries.
- Reporting: Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports on fund performance, asset allocation, and market outlook.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed on global market trends, regulatory changes, and new investment products to continuously refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Valid Fund Manager License (mandatory).
- CFA designation or progress toward CFA strongly preferred.
- At least 5 years experience in fund management, with exposure to both Thai and US equities.
- Proven track record of delivering above-benchmark returns under varying market conditions.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, equity valuation, macroeconomics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging HNWIs and institutional investors.
- Proficiency with investment platforms and tools (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Morningstar Direct, MS Excel).
- High integrity and strong commitment to fiduciary responsibility.
