Join eTeam as a Senior GL Accountant within our high-performing Global Shared Service Center (SSC). This is a pivotal role for a finance professional with a strong grasp of IFRS and SAP, offering the opportunity to drive financial excellence and process improvement in an international industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Controllership: Manage end-to-end GL functions, including accruals, fixed assets, inventory, and payroll reconciliations.
- Closing & Reporting: Lead month-end and year-end closing activities; prepare high-quality data for HFM uploads under both local GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Analytical Oversight: Perform variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual) to provide actionable insights into financial performance.
- Process Excellence: Partner with the SSC Team Lead and global finance stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CPT is a plus).
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated GL experience, ideally within a Manufacturing or SSC environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SAP ERP and expert-level MS Excel skills.
- Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) is required for collaboration with international teams.
