Job Summary
As a Senior General Ledger (GL) Accountant within the Shared Service Center (SSC) in Prachinburi, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial accounting, timely month-end closing, and reliable reporting in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
You will work closely with the SSC Team Lead and collaborate with finance teams across the international group to maintain high standards of financial integrity and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. General Ledger & Accounting Operations
- Prepare and record journal entries in line with accounting policies
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with proper supporting documentation
- Ensure accurate accounting for:
- Fixed assets
- Inventory movements
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accruals and provisions
- Payroll and personnel cost allocations
2. Closing & Financial Reporting
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in preparing financial reports under local GAAP and IFRS
- Prepare data for upload into HFM (submission to central controlling team)
- Perform financial analysis and ensure consistency between budget and actuals
3. Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with SSC Team Lead and Prachinburi finance team
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across global locations
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of financial information
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the SSC
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in General Ledger accounting
- Preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment

- IFRS and local GAAP

Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools (e.g., HFM) is a plus
Language Requirement
- Good communication skills in English (Mandatory)
