Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand customer business goals and provide appropriate software license or Cloud service solutions and recommendations.
  • Support customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing usage of products and services.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, usage, and engagement to proactively
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Support, and Partners) to resolve customer issues.
  • Manage contract renewals, license usage, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings, reviews, and workshops to ensure continuous value delivery.

Qualifications:


  • 2–5 years of experience in Software Product Sales, Cloud services Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles.
  • Experience working directly with customers in a B2B environment
  • Proven experience in handling customer relationships, renewals, and long-term engagement.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Technical, Support, and Partners
  • Familiarity with Microsoft software or cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
  • Understanding software licensing models such as subscription, volume licensing, enterprise agreements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of software products, or cloud services products and the ability to map product features to customer business needs.
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and recommend the most suitable licensing or solution options.
  • Experience in managing license renewals, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills to maintain long‑term customer trust and satisfaction.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn new technologies.
