Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Senior Marketing Manager France, UK & Europe is responsible for leading Mogu Mogu's brand and marketing strategy implementation across the European cluster, with full accountability for brand growth, consumer engagement, and market development in France and the UK as primary markets, and strategic support to emerging European territories. This role drives Mogu Mogu's positioning as the Snackable Drink leader, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling, local relevance, and commercial effectiveness across multiple markets. The position requires passion for flawless implementation of consumer marketing strategies, proven ability to customize programs and initiatives to local needs and strong agency management skills. In sum, a hands-on marketer who can balance creative excellence, commercial acumen, and regional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Local Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy for France, UK, and Europe, aligned with global brand direction.
  • Drive brand positioning as a unique Snackable Drink, adapting global campaigns to resonate with European consumers.
  • Identify and lead new category expansion opportunities (Chewable Drinks, Zero Sugar, Tea, Sparkling) based on local insights and category trends.

Consumer Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Oversee 360 integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, experiential, and influencer activations across multiple markets.
  • Ensure consistency of brand message and visual identity while enabling local adaptation by market.
  • Lead key consumer research and brand health tracking studies (YouGov, Kantar, NIQ, etc.) across markets to measure awareness, perception, and consumption behavior.
  • Partner with trade and sales teams to ensure strong in-store visibility, POSM execution, and co-marketing initiatives with retailers.

Market Development & Partnerships

  • Manage creative, media, PR, and influencer agencies across primary markets (France and UK).
  • Build and nurture local marketing ecosystems by working closely with distributors, and agencies.
  • Collaborate with HQ and regional partners to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution. Also,optimize marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI and KPI tracking.
  • Lead regular regional marketing reviews, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders on brand direction, KPIs, and activation calendar.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage assigned budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and track ROI for marketing initiatives.
  • Define KPIs with alignment to Country Manager.
  • Regularly report performance to both local and global stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience in FMCG or beverages, ideally within European markets.
  • Proven success in brand building, campaign leadership, and consumer engagement across multiple countries.
  • Hands-on experience managing creative and media agencies with strong understanding of digital and retail ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to link brand strategy to business performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across markets and cultures.
  • Fluent in English and French; proficiency in other European languages (Spanish, Italian, or German) is an advantage.
