• Running effective Google Ads campaigns that make every ad dollar count.
• Analyzing data, finding trends, and making campaigns better for maximum return on investment.
• Finding creative ways to automate and scale towards growth
• Meeting and beating goals.
• Working with your team to reach common goals.
• Keeping up with the latest trends and strategies in SEM and Google Ads.
• Sharing your knowledge to help your team grow.
• Your day will include:
• Take shared responsibility for all SEM efforts
• Creating and improving Google Ads and other SEM campaigns & workflows
• Tracking, analyzing, and taking action on performance metrics.
• Working with clients and our team to make sure our campaigns are successful.
• Collaborate with specialists in the team - sharing key learnings & growing together

• Hands-on experience in paid & performance marketing, focused on achieving business outcomes
• Proven results managing SEM platforms, ideally with deep expertise in Google Ads
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience working at scale across thousands of accounts using tools such as the Ads Editor, Ads Scripts, or the Google Ads API.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, possibly using Apps Scripts to automate workflows
• Good communication skills & being able to work well in a team
• The ability to design & implement processes with automation and scalability in mind
• Performance-driven with a clear focus on achieving goals

• Extensive Google Ads knowledge
• Experience managing and working hands-on with high SEM budgets
• Ability to manage large accounts using scalable methods and tools such as Google Ads Editor or the Google Ads API
• Strong understanding of analytics and data
• Solid technical understanding of performance marketing
• Advanced Google Workspace skills (particularly Google Sheets)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
