Job Description

The Senior Growth Marketing Executive is responsible not only for executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and LINE, but also for actively exploring and managing local digital growth channels beyond paid ads. This includes partnerships with online communities, influencer collaborations, and local lead-generation initiatives. The ideal candidate should be experienced in digital campaign execution, culturally attuned to the Thai online landscape, and capable of bridging execution between HQ strategy and local market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Local Growth Channel Development:

  • Actively identify and coordinate local online channels (e.g., parenting forums, Thai apps, blog communities, Line OA, and local platforms) to generate leads beyond traditional ad media.
  • Build and manage localized partnership initiatives that drive visibility and user acquisition.

Execute Paid Advertising Campaigns:

  • Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns across various ad networks for both Web and App, particularly Facebook Ads and other major social media ads.
  • Develop and execute media buying strategies that align with business model goals.

Influencer & KOL Execution:

  • Support the planning and execution of campaigns involving Thai influencers, including communication, content delivery, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate on video script adaptation and review localized materials.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaboration with Teams:

  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to understand the target audience.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure the production of effective ad creatives.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to achieve optimal results.

Performance Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed weekly performance reports.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Industry Trends and Best Practices:

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new advertising products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree. Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or online channel growth in Thailand.
  • Familiarity with Thai digital user behavior, including parenting content, LINE usage, and local platforms.
  • Experience managing Facebook Ads Manager or LINE ad platform is required.
  • Proficient in using Excel for campaign performance analysis, including pivot tables and formulas.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and network best practices, including campaign budgeting, targeting, custom audience creation, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in offline promotion will be an advantage
  • English or Chinese could be work language
