We are seeking an experienced Senior GTM Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence across our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions. This role will work closely with business leaders to shape strategy, optimize processes, and ensure the seamless operation of GTM systems. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator with deep expertise in Salesforce administration and GTM technology stacks.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic GTM Partnership & Optimization:
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to design and implement operational strategies that support revenue growth, retention, and renewals.
  • Own and refine sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance GTM execution, such as tool implementations, automation improvements, and process redesigns.

 

System Administration & Tool Ownership:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce and other GTM systems (Gong, Gainsight, Outreach, Slack), ensuring system integrity and optimal performance.
  • Own system configurations, automations, and integrations to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintenance of GTM tools, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
  • Manage and execute system-related training and enablement for GTM teams.

 

Advanced Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support leadership decision-making.
  • Analyze revenue, retention, and renewal trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Drive continuous improvements through data-backed insights and predictive analytics.
  • Work closely with Finance and RevOps teams to ensure alignment on business performance metrics.

 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, or sales strategy.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce administration (Salesforce Admin Certification preferred) and GTM tech stack management.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with experience in SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc), and data modeling.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in process automation, workflow optimization, and cross-functional project management.
