Senior HR ABAP Developer

Responsibilities

. Design, development, enhancement, and support of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SuccessFactors-related custom developments

. Develop and enhance Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW objects)

. Strong knowledge of SAP HCM data structures and Infotypes

. Experience with payroll-related developments and reporting

. Experience integrating SAP S4/HANA with SAP SuccessFactors

. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects

. Familiarity with HR data migration tools and methodologies

. Strong expertise in BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, IDocs, RFCs, ALE

Requirements

. Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology etc

. More than 6 years relevant working experiences

. Possess strong SAP HCM technical development skills, ability to develop HR-related ABAP objects for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors and Payroll
