Job Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor for leaders and employees, influencing positive change across the organization.
  • Provide strategic and operational HR support, including performance management, organizational design, learning and development, compensation programs, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence in areas such as immigration, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Partner with leaders to design effective organizational structures and build high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
  • Coach and consult managers at all levels to strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness.
  • Build trust and resolve employee concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Support talent reviews and annual merit planning processes.

The Successful Applicant


  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Business Partner or related HR roles, with exposure to coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training, and HR project management.
  • Proven ability to coach employees and leaders through complex situations with objectivity and discretion.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR principles, with hands-on application experience.
  • Experience in organizational development and change management is a plus.
  • Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
