Job Description
Act as a trusted advisor for leaders and employees, influencing positive change across the organization.
Provide strategic and operational HR support, including performance management, organizational design, learning and development, compensation programs, and employee relations.
Collaborate with HR centers of excellence in areas such as immigration, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and implement sustainable solutions.
Partner with leaders to design effective organizational structures and build high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
Coach and consult managers at all levels to strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness.
Build trust and resolve employee concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Support talent reviews and annual merit planning processes.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Business Partner or related HR roles, with exposure to coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training, and HR project management.
Proven ability to coach employees and leaders through complex situations with objectivity and discretion.
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR principles, with hands-on application experience.
Experience in organizational development and change management is a plus.
Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
