- Act as a trusted HR partner to plant leadership, supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while fostering positive employee relations.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment; union experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, project management skills, and ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
