Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, job postings, candidate assessments, offer negotiations including track pipeline, risks, timelines, and next actions.
Utilize innovative sourcing methods, such as social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to attract diverse talent pools.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions to ensure a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice and ensure a consistent candidate experience through interview
Leverage social media platforms and other channels to showcase the company's culture, values, and employee success stories.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align employer branding efforts with overall corporate branding initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in both IT and Non-IT domains.
Proven experience as a talent acquisition professional, with a focus on both IT and Non-IT positions.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and knowledge of technical roles and skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop and implement innovative employer branding strategies.
Familiarity with social media and online presence management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
