Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies with hiring plan.
  • Provide market insight and advice to hiring managers on job design, candidate profiles, interview approach, and hiring decisions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for both IT and Non-IT positions, ensuring high-quality candidate experience.
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, job postings, candidate assessments, offer negotiations including track pipeline, risks, timelines, and next actions.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing methods, such as social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions to ensure a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice and ensure a consistent candidate experience through interview
  • Leverage social media platforms and other channels to showcase the company's culture, values, and employee success stories.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align employer branding efforts with overall corporate branding initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in both IT and Non-IT domains.
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition professional, with a focus on both IT and Non-IT positions.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and knowledge of technical roles and skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop and implement innovative employer branding strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media and online presence management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience organizing and participating in industry events and career fairs.
