As the Senior HR ManagerPeople & Culture for Tomorrowland Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional employee experience and building a strong people culture from the ground up.
More than an HR professional, you are a trusted partner, coach, and ambassador of the Tomorrowland spirit. You are passionate about connecting with people, listening to their needs, and creating an environment where individuals and teams can thrive. You will be responsible for shaping and supporting the employee journey, fostering engagement, and ensuring our people feel empowered, valued, and inspired.
Working closely with Tomorrowland HQ and local leadership, you will help build a high-performing and inclusive organization while ensuring all HR practices align with both local regulations and Tomorrowland values.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee Experience & People Leadership
- Act as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor for employees and managers.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and people-centered workplace culture.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Support managers with coaching, performance conversations, employee development, and conflict resolution.
- Create an environment where employees feel heard, supported, and empowered to perform at their best.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen team connection, collaboration, and belonging across the organization.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for local and international employees.
- Coordinate international casting and hiring processes for key festival profiles.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
HR Strategy & Operations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and people practices tailored to the festival and entertainment environment.
- Act as the main point of contact for all employee-related matters during preparation, execution, and post-event operations.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and health & safety regulations.
- Support organizational growth and workforce planning initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Tomorrowland HQ to align local HR practices with global standards and culture.
MUST-HAVES:
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including several years in an HR leadership or management role.
- Proven experience in employee relations, engagement, people development, and culture building.
- Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
- Experience working in scaling or start-up organizations, ideally within hospitality, events, entertainment, tourism, or leisure industries.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong coaching and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Hands-on mindset with the flexibility to support operational needs during festival periods.
- Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools.
- Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
