Position Overview
The HRIS Specialist is responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing HR systems with a strong focus on Lark Suite. This role supports end-to-end HR processes across the organization, including employee database management, onboarding, leave management, performance management, workflow automation, dashboards, and reporting. The position works closely with the HR team and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and leverage data to support informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR System Administration & Development (Lark Suite)
- Design, develop, and optimize HR workflows using Lark Suite.
- Build, maintain, and manage employee databases within Lark.
- Develop and improve HR processes, including:
- Recruitment Requests
- Employee Onboarding
- Employee Movement (Transfers, Promotions, etc.)
- Probation Evaluations
- Employee Exit Processes
2. HR Process Automation
- Design and implement automation solutions to streamline HR operations and reduce manual tasks.
- Integrate and synchronize data between Lark and other related systems.
- Develop and maintain approval workflows for various HR processes.
- Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and real-time tracking.
3. Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee data.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support management decision-making.
- Prepare monthly HR reports, dashboards, and ad hoc reports as required by management.
4. User Support & Training
- Provide consultation and support to employees and managers regarding Lark-related HR processes and systems.
- Develop user guides, documentation, and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions on new systems, workflows, and platform features.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with new Lark features and identify opportunities to enhance HR operations.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams on digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in HRIS/HRMS, HR Operations, Process Improvement, or related fields.
- Advanced experience with Lark Suite is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing workflows, automation, and dashboards.
Required Skills

- Proficient in Lark Base, Approvals, Automation, Forms, and Dashboards.
