Job Description
- Manage and oversee HR operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance HR policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation of HR systems and tools to streamline workflows.
- Provide accurate reporting and analysis of HR data to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and systems.
- Assist in payroll and benefits administration as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
The Successful Applicant
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operational processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience working with Workday is mandatory.
- Ability to manage HR transactions, data maintenance, reporting, and employee records within Workday.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Thai Nationality and good command in English
