Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Samrong Nuea, allowing for a combination of onsite and remote work. The Senior HR Planning role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing HR policies, overseeing personnel management processes, and handling employee benefits. The role also includes supporting effective HR operations and aligning organizational objectives with employee needs to ensure an optimized work environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) processes and HR management strategies
• Knowledge of HR policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management and team coordination
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
• Proficiency in managing hybrid work environments
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in HR planning and strategy development is a significant advantage
