1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless experience and smooth transitions for employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to people managers on performance management, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace inquiries, policy clarifications, and employee well-being.
- Partner with business leaders to promote a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
3. HR Operations, C&B, and Compliance
- Administer compensation, benefits, and perk programs, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and policy compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring high data integrity and adherence to local labor laws and privacy regulations.
- Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
4. Strategic Support
- Contribute to the planning and execution of HR initiatives, organizational development, and change management projects aligned with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of generalist HR experience, with well-rounded exposure across Recruitment, Employee Relations, C&B, HR Operations, and Performance Management.
- Language Proficiency:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred / a strong plus (to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and business partners).
- Technical & Domain Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., iTalent, Lark/DingTalk HR suites) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and agility in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, emotional intelligence, and discretion in handling confidential information.
