Role Overview
Serve as a strategic and operational HR Business Partner supporting True IDC's Data Center operations and related business units.
This role acts as a trusted partner to both employees and management driving HR strategies, workforce planning, recruitment, and people development to ensure alignment between site operations and corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partner:
- Act as a single point of contact for managers and employees across assigned business units or sites.
- Partner with the management team and HR Center of Excellence (CoE) to implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives.
- Support organizational design, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Identify people-related gaps and propose effective solutions to improve workforce capability and culture.
- Drive key HR processes including performance review, succession planning, and learning & development.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor law and company policies.
- Collaborate with corporate HR and site leadership to ensure consistency and alignment across locations.
Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and define clear hiring priorities.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding for both site and corporate roles.
- Deliver recruitment results within tight timelines to support business growth and project deadlines.
- Leverage multiple channels (online platforms, professional networks, and events) to attract high-quality candidates.
- Support employer branding and build sustainable talent pipelines to meet short- and long-term hiring goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a fast-paced or operations-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor law, and people development.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment with the ability to deliver within strict timeframes.
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken (required for coordination with corporate and regional teams).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently at site level while coordinating effectively with the Bangkok office.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and digital HR tools.
